Cashew Ball

INGREDIENTS

Cashews, Dates, Coconut, Momentous Collagen Powder

2 cups roasted unsalted cashews

2/3 cups unsweetened coconut shreds

1/4 cup plain collagen

6 large dates

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak dates in warm water to reconstitute for 10 minutes. Drain the dates and pat dry with a paper towel. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse for short periods of time, stirring in between. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the food processor each time. Continue until a chunky nut butter texture is formed. Portion the bliss balls with an ice cream scooper, or dough scoop. Each bliss ball should be approximately 1/4 cup in volume.
