WET INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
2 large eggs
3 TBSP maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups almond or oat milk
⅓ cup almond butter
DRY INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup sliced almonds
⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1½ tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tsp salt
½ cup dried fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine. Bake @350
