INGREDIENTS
1 cup walnuts
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
4 medium dates
1.5 tsp cocoa powder
2 TBSP chocolate protein powder
INSTRUCTIONS
This recipe is easily doubled if the volume isn’t enough to work in your food processor. Soak dates in warm water to reconstitute for 10 minutes. Drain the dates and pat dry with a paper towel. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse for short periods of time, stirring in between. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the food processor each time. Continue until a chunky nut butter texture is formed. Portion the bliss balls with an ice cream scooper, or dough scoop. Each bliss ball should be approximately 1/4 cup in volume.
