Pumpkin Roll

WET INGREDIENTS- CAKE

2/3 cup canned pumpkin

1 tsp vanilla extract

DRY INGREDIENTS-CAKE

3/4 c all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 c granulated sugar

3 large eggs

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING INGREDIENTS

8 oz cream cheese , softened

2 TBSP butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 c powdered sugar

Bake cake @350 15 minutes. Roll warm in parchment paper. Let cool. Make frosting. Unroll cake, Frost, Roll back up without parchment paper. Refrigerate.
