WET INGREDIENTS
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup maple syrup
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
DRY INGREDIENTS
1 ¾ cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
ICING INGREDIENTS
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract, or almond extract
2-3 tsp almond milk, plus more to thin
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine. Refrigerate. Roll out and cut. Bake @ 350. Decorate!

1/2 tsp almond extract [optional]
DRY INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup arrowroot flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine. Refrigerate. Roll out and cut. Bake @ 350. Decorate!
