Lupin Flour Bread

WET INGREDIENTS

6 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

2.5 TBSP butter infused olive oil

In another bowl whip until peak forms

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

6 egg whites [save yolks]

DRY INGREDIENTS

1 cup Lupin flour

1/3 cup Coconut Sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp pink salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix wet ingredients as noted above. Mix dry ingredients. Combine.
