One act of kindness can change the world

It's easy to think about yourself first.  Thinking of others and how you can help them doesn't cone as naturally.  It's actually something that needs to be practiced.

Put others before yourself often.

Give the biggest cookie to someone else.

The best way to find peace of mind is to get out of yourself. All misery comes from rumination from sitting around being depressed going in circles in your head about me, me-me- me is a disease.  The more you self obsess the less happy you will be.

The more u think about urself the less happy.  Right amount of self development.
