INGREDIENTS
4 mint leaves plus sprig mint leaves for garnish.
2 oz pomegranate juice and/or pomegranate seeds.
Lime
Sparkling water.
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle the mint leaves with pomegranate seeds if using. If not using pomegranate seeds muddle with the juice of one lime wedge. Add juice, ice, and slowly pour in sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.
