Molten Pots

WET INGREDIENTS

1⁄4 cup coconut- melt with chocolate bar

3 eggs

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

DRY INGREDIENTS

2 TBSP cacao powder

1 1⁄2 TBSP almond flour

1⁄4 tsp salt

6 oz dark chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix eggs, syrup and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Combine. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Add in. Pour in to ramekins.

Bake @375.
