Chocolate Cake

WET INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

DRY INGREDIENTS

2 cups oat flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup chocolate chips

FROSTING INGREDIENTS- optional

1/2 cup [1 stick] unsalted butter at room temperature

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 TBSP greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix wet ingredients [except coconut oil and chocolate chips]. Mix dry ingredients. Combine. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Add in.

Bake @ 350.

Frosting- Use a handheld mixer to beat the butter until creamy. Add the sugar and beat until incorporated.

Add the yogurt and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
