INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups of AP flour

Salt

Yeast

Sugar

Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Add flour to a large bowl. Make a hole about the size of your thumb. Then but yeast in the hole. Pinch some salt in with the yeast along with some sugar. Add water to the hole and wait about 5 min. Then knead dough until it doesn’t stick to tour hands while consistently adding water. Let rest for 1 hr then take golfball sized balls of dough flatten and cook on medium heat for 30 sec on each side or until golden brown.
