Tofu Bowl

INGREDIENTS

Tofu

Veggies such as: greens, broccoli, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, onions

Brown Rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice tofu into 1" cubes and lay out on a few layers of paper towel, press to dry.

Take half the tofu and put it in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour over the top, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Toss very gently. Repeat with other half.

Top with any desired spice like pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, or ET Bagel!

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cubes neatly so that they can easily be turned once during cooking.

Roast at 400 degrees for approx 30 mins.
