You either have a mindset of growth or decline in regard to aging.  Choose growth.

Longevity isn't only about adding years to your life, but life to your years.

Be a life long learner

Treat your body like a house you have will live in for 70 years  

Live  in a way that supports vitality and connection, so I can move through life with energy and presence. 

How we look is often just a reflection of how we feel.

Sustained happiness comes from impact.  

sense of of your own mortaility so u have an oh shit moment so u stop wasting time

life is long- obligation to continue evolving 

50- your a kid!  you have another 50 yrs

Monotomy is the enemy of a well remembered life.  Say yes to more new things and no to the same things

Do novel, intense things. Take time to plan.  Memory investments to slow time.

Lean in to routine for benefits to make progress while blending variation that’s needed to expand my life and make it feel like slowing down time
