INGREDIENTS
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup extra olive oil
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes in a medium mixing bowl. Slowly add olive oil, continue whisking. Finally add the grated parmesan and stir.
