Walnut Ginger

INGREDIENTS

1 cup walnut pieces

1 clove garlic

2 TBSP low sodium tamari

2 TBSP rice vinegar

2 TBSP minced fresh ginger

1 TBSP maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor or high-speed blender, place all the ingredients and 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth.
