INGREDIENTS
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup milk alternative (almond, oat, cashew)
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine everything in an instant pot, stir, and pressure cook for 4 minutes with a 10 minute steam release. Stir and serve. These are also great leftover, cold, topped with berries.
