Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat two eggs per serving. Add salt & pepper if desired. Add pre-cooked veggies such as sautéed spinach or last night’s leftovers. Heat a skillet over medium to high heat. Add 1 tsp of olive oil and coat the pan with a basting brush. Pour the eggs in and cook for a few minuted and flip, cook for another few minuted until golden brown.
